Mission Statement for Kensal Park Soccer Club
It is the ultimate goal of Kensal Park Soccer Club to ensure that every player has the opportunity to develop to their full potential in order to become the very best player they possibly can.
This goal will be attained by the implementation of age and skill level appropriate programs that promote positive learning experiences through sportsmanship, fair play and fun. K.P.S.C. is dedicated to the fundamental concepts of the philosophy and methodology of Long Term Player Development.
K.P.S.C recognizes that proper education for club officials, coaches, players and parents is an integral part of creating a progressive, successful program. This also will include a mandatory coaches education program. The program will assist coaches in attaining a greater knowledge base and help in the preparation for higher coaching certification.
